Nicola Finetti, he of the deconstructed cocktail dress, presented a varied collection of frocks and separates.

A silvery grey trench over a white mini dress with beaded detail played on winter's hottest outerwear trend, illustrating the desirability of the classic trench made glam for evening. Touches of the mod look met flapper in a ruffled grey mini dress with sequinned detail and a fully beaded Midas gold tiered shift, and the Charleston mood was further established with a multitude of flirty sequinned skirts worn with casual yet luxe knit separates.

The Finetti trademark- deconstructed silk with hand beading- was omnipresent, appearing in raw-edged silk dresses of ruby and black, and a show-stopping floor-length lilac-mauve silk evening gown. The mood was distinctively regal, with decadent pieces in royal purple, opulent gold and dramatic black, offset by neutral autumn knits.
