Those nasty little bastards Nursery Crimes are headed for St Kilda (where the syringes meet the sea) to bid farewell to their legions of loyal fans once more.
Well, farewell in a “John Farnham/ back in 5 minutes” kind of a way.
The gig takes place on Saturday September 13 and is supported by Rootbeer, Antiskeptic and The Losers, all of whom take no prisoners and make ‘earsplitting’ a veritable art form.
Nursery Crimes rose to power in the late 80s, alongside The Meanies and The Hard-Ons, and features Phil Rose (Bodyjar), Davarj Thomas (Preshrunk) and Dave Dixon (scribe to the stars). Their style is the sonic equivalent of being punched in the face by a large man in a studded glove.
