
Belgian electro stalwarts Soulwax were embroiled in an on-stage riot last week, when a bouncer punched the drummer mid way through their Liverpool set.
The band had just finished performing ‘Teachers’ when words were exchanges with security, tempers became frayed, and before anyone knew what was happening, one of the no-neck door monkeys was throwing Steve Slingeneyer backwards into his drum kit.
The crowd, understandably unimpressed, began chucking bottles and glasses at the stage, ending the show before headline act 2 Many DJs got to play.
