They pretty much have done it all.
Established in the mid 1990s, Southern California's punk rockers Unwritten Law are set to release their first ever live album and DVD Live And Lawless after releasing a series of independent records, surviving extensive line-up changes and touring internationally – including on the Warped Tour.
In conjunction with the latest developments, the band head down under for a national tour to reward their dedicated Aussie fans.
"We really pride ourselves on being a live band," says bassist Pat Kim. "People listen to the album, but when they come see us live it's a totally different ball game. This allows fans to see what we do live with a full production, killer sound and the crowd going insane."
On stage Unwritten Law are in their element – raw and in the faces of their fans. Support eagerly comes from Sprung Monkey and In Fiction.
Tickets on sale 9am Thursday June 5.
The tour kicks off in Canberra August 9 and concludes in Perth August 24.
