If you had it, would you flaunt it? 

Vanessa Amorosi certainly did…in a black jumpsuit and a finely tuned body to kill for at Perth’s Casino hot spot, The Ruby Room. 

Before the opening curtain and as the early-arrived fans couldn’t wait much longer, they loudly stomped and summoned Vanessa on stage. 

For the first time before a live audience, the Australian icon opened the show holding her electric guitar. Never before a live crowd, Vanessa Amorosi rocked the Ruby Room better than I expected from the lead guitarist, James.

The abundance of talent didn’t stop there, as the contagious tunes I thought We’d Stay Together, Have a Look and Fire were effortlessly belted out.  Vanessa’s voice went from strength to strength as the crowd were more than thrilled to sing along.

From the body to kill for and a voice that was heavenly, Vanessa simply took my breathe away…along with a packed out venue.
