Serial party girl Kate Moss has declared her everlasting love for new man Jamie Hince, lead singer with The Kills.

London’s daily Mail says that as the couple left a “12 hour love-in” at a friend’s wedding, Moss told guests “I love Jamie so much….we’re engaged!”

The last 12 months has been crazy for Moss, whose ranking as the 3rd highest paid model on the planet dropped to number 11 last year. Some of her most lucrative contracts have been terminated following revelations of drug and alcohol binges with her old beau Pete Doherty.

While the announcement is yet to be made official, it would seem that the world’s sexiest coke-head is very much over her relationship with pill-poppin’ Pete.

There is no word on a new flame for Doherty however.  He has been keeping himself occupied by focusing on the consumption of hallucinogenic love drugs, while crashing cars and getting arrested.

But at least it's an excuse to watch this awesome clip of Good Ones by The Kills. (Jamie's the one with the short hair BTW).
