It would appear that Osama Bin Lutfi has hit the self destruct button and detonated a tirade of abuse on the Spears family.

The sometime ‘manager’ and full time ‘puppet master’ has attacked the Spears clan (including Britney) as he is kicked up the arse and out of her life.

Lutfi momentarily turned into the Hulk calling Miss Spears ‘an unfit mother, piece of trash and a whore’ – he then followed up by attempting to appear caring saying that if he wasn't in the house to give Britney her medicine she would kill herself. What medicine he was referring to is unknown, but I can only speculate it is one that would keep her under his control.

Lutfi then went on to say ‘if you try to get rid of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave’ proving he is in fact, her charming knight in shining armour.

Mama Lynne Spears has also weighed into the argument claiming Lutfi ‘drugged Britney, cut her phone lines and removed her cell phone chargers’ effectively cutting her off from the outside world.

So he's not that innocent either.
