A shocking new book by biographer Andrew Morton claims Suri Cruise was conceived with the artificially impregnated sperm of L Ron Hubbard, late founder of the Church of Scientology.

It also suggests Tom Cruise has risen to second in command within the secretive religious group and that Nicole Kidman was too scared to speak out for fear she would lose contact with her two adopted children.

Of course pint-sized Cruise is denying the allegations, filing a $110 million lawsuit against publishers St Martin’s Press and branding the claims “absurd”.

It’s not the first time Morton has courted controversy. In the 90s he rose to fame after penning a biography of Princess Diana which revealed a string of indiscretions while she was still married to Charles (or Wingnut to his friends).

The book was criticized heavily until it was revealed that Diana was the source for most of the information and anyway, Charles had already introduced his royal staff to Camilla (Walnut to her enemies).
