Amy Winehouse’s dad is apparently furious, claiming the troubled singer’s last trip to hospital was due to a ‘friend’ spiking her drink with ecstasy.
The Sun Newspaper reports that Mitch Winehouse has vowed to track down the alleged guilty party, after his daughter was rushed to University College following a fit.
It was first thought she’d had a bad reaction to her medication, but Mr Winehouse is now convinced it was something more sinister.
The rehab star has recently been diagnosed with the early stages of emphysema, which her father blames on cigarettes and crack cocaine.
